I can definitely see how The Wheel of Time would score points for Locke Lamora :)

There is so much to love about Sea Hearts. One day I hope to be half the writer Margo is. Did you know there was a related short story? I reviewed it here, though it is rather spoilery.

Doesn't the time go quickly! I'm looking forward to your Best Of post :)
