He did seem in pretty good condition--a little skinny, perhaps, but maybe it just seems that way because my own dogs are a little overweight.
Unfortunately, he had no collar and the contact details on his microchip are out of date. The owners weren't able to be contacted and he had to be taken to the pound. It's rather heartbreaking.
