Mt TBR report: September 2012
Oct. 1st, 2012 07:58 amMt TBR Status
Mt TBR at 1 January: 146 books
Mt TBR at 31 August: 133 books
Mt TBR at 30 September: 138 books
September is always a bit of a nightmare month for me due to the sheer number of birthdays requiring celebration. This year added some extra challenges on top of it and my reading has rather suffered as a result. Mt TBR shot up significantly in the final days of the month due to an influx of books as presents. Also, the one book I read this month that wasn't a new acquisition (City of Bones) required that I borrow the remainder of the series from a friend so that I could read it and we could talk it over. Okay, so required is probably a bit strong, but I value my conversations on fantasy and YA with this particular friend.
Books read
36. The Magical Life of Scott Cunningham by Donald Michael Kraig
37. The Druid Magic Handbook by John Michael Greer
38. JLA Special Issue #6
39. City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
I have signed up again for Dewey's Readathon, which will take place 14 October local time. Hopefully, it will help get things back under control again.
