Red Velvet and In the Air

Sapphire, Penny Seas and Look Deeper. This manicure was for a friend's book launch and was intended to mirror the cover to a degree. The photos don't quite do justice to how well it turned out.





Raven and Calaveritas.





Lilac Lustre. Just ignore the giant chip in the middle of my pointer.


Moonlit and Tiki Hut. The feature wrap isn't something I'd normally pick to wear, but I've ended up with a heap of random samples and needed something that would go with the new lacquer I was testing. I ended up really liking the result.



Copper Penny and Boho Blossoms. Again, random sample and new lacquer.



Jammin and Speed of Light. I never used to be much one for pink, but I'm starting to come around to it.

Also, I acquired a new phone somewhere along the way. I'm not entirely happy with the camera because its depth of field seems much shallower than my previous one. Either that, or it's having some trouble focusing. I'm hoping there's some trick to it I just haven't figured out yet.

I particularly like the book launch ones! The stained glass rose reminds me of the Disney Beauty & the Beast - is that related to the Beast in the book title?

The book launch pairing is particularly awesome, and my second favorite was probably a tie between the raven and calaveritas one, and that first one with the fall leaves. They're all pretty stunning though. :)
