Vienna Teng

I am a huge Vienna Teng fan and have been ever since her second album (I think she's about up to six now). I love the poetry of her lyrics, the way she writes from very different points of view and the way she tackles issues through her music (the environment is one of her many concerns). I love that she uses many different musical styles and it has been awesome to hear her grow and evolve as a musician over the course of her albums.

So I was absolutely thrilled to see her announce on Twitter that she is coming to my hometown next month. I have tickets.

It takes a lot to bring out my inner fangirl, but Vienna Teng most certainly does it.
