*sigh* It might be time to take some drastic measures. The worst of the damage came from FableCroft Publishing's free e-book offer and the four boxes of books I recently rescued (not that I'll be reading all of those, but there were a few things I wanted to keep for myself). My reading rate has also slowed as I figure out how I want to approach reviewing. I'm thinking it might be time to re-institute my Mt TBR rules.

More from the usual suspects. I read ysabetwordsmith's Avenger fan-fic poem Kintsukuroi in which Black Widow learns to see beauty in what is broken.

not_poignant is churning out the chapters faster than I can keep up. This month, I read The Court of Five Thrones, Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 wherein the screws are starting to turn on Gwyn, King of the Unseelie Court. It comes with the usual trigger warnings for explicit sex and violence (among other things. A full list is on the site).

I've had better success keeping up with saiena's drabble project: August drabbles part 1 and part 2 .

She also has a f/f romance over on her blog called Sweetness and Shadow, a follow-up to the series started in Orion's Kiss and continued in the novella Sing To Me.
