December Talk Meme

I've been watching everyone post their December Talk memes and thinking that I'd very much like to do the same. It is such a great way to get to know people and can spark off some great conversations. However, I'm sure I'm going to be too flat out to manage a post every day. So I thought I'd take a leaf out of havocthecat's book. If there's something you'd like me to write about, please leave a comment. I'll get to them as I can.

There has been a raven around my work recently, I don't know what s/he is laughing about.

Is your raven perhaps there out of simple curiosity? I've taken to wearing my raven pendant to writing guild committee meetings, as he seems to enjoy the politics.

Excellent suggestion! I will definitely post at least one photograph so you can see what summer looks like here. I've also got a backlog from spring I need to post at some stage.

Yay! Looking forward to it. It's all dull and grey here so it will be wonderful to see some colour and light.

How do you feel about your TBR list? Is it intimidating, or is it good to know there are so many books out there that you know you want to read, or...anything else? ^^ Interpret as you will!

I've been meaning to ask something, and I'm afraid it took me forever to think of a good question! What is your favorite thing about editing. (I am remembering right that you're an editor?)

I am glad I remembered right! I know we're fairly new to reading each other's journals, but I think you're very interesting and I'm glad you're doing the meme. :)

I know the feeling about needing to get to answering the questions. I have to do the same! I love the chatty December meme; it makes my Dreamwidth reading so interesting.

They are! Though they require quite a lot of thinking, and that's enough work that I seem to be waiting to do mine until I get medicine that's effective against the cold that I have. (I posted about it today, if you're curious.) This is a little ridiculous.

I will definitely go and check it out. I'm currently about 5 days behind on my reading here :)

And you are very right: these posts do take a bit of thought.
