Nailfie update
Dec. 18th, 2018 07:20 amNow that I have finally sorted out some issues with photo hosting, it's time for another update!
Blue Suede Shoes and Dia de los Muertos. Doing my best to combine spring and Halloween.
By this point, I'd surrendered to the full Halloween vibe. It also gave me a chance to experiment with some more marbling. I used Raven lacquer as a base and marbled Frosting over the top, with Haunt It! wraps as accents.
Red Currant and By Any Other Name. Straight from Halloween to Beltane.
Raven and No Filter. One of my sweetheart's work mates was in an amateur production of the We Will Rock You musical, so I tagged along to see it with the rest of the office. Of course, I had to wear something suitable.
Raven, Sunny Demeanour, Butterfly Dream, Simply Daisy. Put together for a Jamberry challenge. The prompt was to use a wrap we'd been saving for a special occasion. In this case, it was the butterfly wing, which is clear and can therefore be layered over any colour you like. I'm so pleased with how it turned out.
Moonlit and Nassau. Another Jamberry challenge--this time to do a manicure in your favourite colour. I wasn't sure which colour to pick until I saw the abundance of purple lacquers I own.
I've got a few more to come, but that will do for now.
